Ingredients: King Scallops, Sake (Rice Wine), Kombu & Mushroom Dashi, Yuzu Juice, Tamari (Soy Sauce), Mirin, Butter, Sea Salt, White Pepper.

Remove from the refrigerator 10 minutes before cooking.
Heat a pan until very hot — no oil needed. Sear the scallops for 30–45 seconds each side until golden.
Deglaze with the sake broth sachet from the bag. Pour the yuzu ponzu cold directly over the scallops and serve immediately.
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
