Ingredients: Sea Bass, Fish Fumet, Coconut Milk, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Shallots, Saffron, Mild Red Chilli, Fish Sauce, Lime Juice, Rapeseed Oil, Salt.

Lower the sealed bag into water held at 70 °C for 12–15 minutes — do not boil; the fish is delicate. From thawed, 10 minutes.
Open carefully and lift the fillet into a warm bowl, then pour the saffron-and-lemongrass broth around it. Never microwave.
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
