Brown veal stock, 8-hour reduction. The classical French cooking base.
Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once defrosted consume within 3 days.

Ingredients: Veal Bones, Tomato Paste, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Leek, Red Wine, Fresh Thyme, Bay Leaves, Parsley, Black Peppercorns, Water.
- Sulphur dioxide / sulphites
Defrost in the refrigerator overnight, or submerge the sealed bag in cold water for 2 hours.
Transfer to a small saucepan and heat gently until simmering.
Use as directed — pour over, alongside, or as a cooking base.
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
