Ingredients: Green asparagus, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, fleur de sel, black pepper.
Keep the bag sealed and warm in water at 65°C for 8 minutes, or loosely wrapped in foil in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. Open gently so the spears stay whole, lay them alongside your protein, and finish with a little olive oil and a pinch of fleur de sel. Serve straight away — asparagus cools fast.
