Vegan dashi from kombu and dried mushrooms. Deep umami, no fish.
Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once defrosted consume within 3 days.

Ingredients: Kombu (Dried Kelp), Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Tamari (Soy Sauce), Mirin, Water.

Defrost in the refrigerator overnight, or submerge the sealed bag in cold water for 2 hours.
Transfer to a small saucepan and heat gently until simmering.
Use as directed — pour over, alongside, or as a cooking base.
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
