Ingredients: Alphonso mango purée, full-fat coconut cream, caster sugar (or agave), lime, agar-agar, toasted desiccated coconut.
No heat — serve cold, straight from the fridge. Lift the lid and eat from the jar with a small spoon, scooping through the coconut cream into the set mango beneath. A wedge of lime on the side lets you sharpen it to taste. Don't try to turn it out — the glass is the plate.
