Lower the sealed bag into water held at 70 °C for 12–15 minutes — do not boil. From thawed, 10 minutes.
Open carefully over a warm bowl and spoon the green curry over the monkfish; steamed rice alongside.
Monkfish is firm enough to warm gently in a covered saucepan over low heat instead, if you would rather free the pot. Never let it boil.
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
