The Private Chef brings the experience of a private chef directly to your table — wherever you are in Zermatt.
Each recipe is designed by Chef Marian Podola to combine the precision of fine-dining cooking with the flexibility of home preparation.
Meals arrive deep-frozen or dry-packed, so they keep their quality and nutrition — and you decide how much cooking you want to do.


Choose Your Meals

Every Thursday, a new weekly menu appears online.
It features chef-made ready meals, sauces, and bases — from Alpine classics to modern favourites.

Orders close 48 hours before delivery and can be scheduled up to 6 weeks ahead — perfect for planning your week or chalet stay.


We Cook, You Finish

Each dish is prepared in our licensed kitchen, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen immediately after cooking to preserve taste and safety.
You’ll receive:

Frozen meal bases (sauces, proteins, grains)

Optional frozen vegetable packs

Clear heating & finishing instructions

QR code linking to plating tips and pairing ideas

Two ways to enjoy:

Be a Chef — add your own fresh vegetables or herbs for a few minutes of easy cooking.

Fully Ready — include our frozen vegetable packs and skip cooking entirely.

All dishes heat up in 10–15 minutes and are table-ready.


Add Pantry & Dry Goods

Complement your meals with our selection of dry ingredients:

Handmade pasta, risotto rice, spice blends, sauces

House-roasted Zermatt Kaffee

Artisan sweets and breakfast items

Dry goods are shipped in the same order.


Delivery & Packaging

We maintain a continuous cold-chain until your hand-off.
Frozen meals are packed with ice packs or dry ice in recyclable insulation.
Dry goods travel in paper-based eco boxes.

Please return reusable boxes on your next delivery — we’ll clean and reuse them.


Storage & Safety

Keep frozen meals at –18 °C until use

Store dry items in a cool place

Once defrosted, consume within 3 days

Never refreeze thawed meals

All production follows Swiss FSVO and HACCP standards under Chef Marian Podola’s Betriebsbewilligung at Aroleid Restaurant Zermatt.
