Ingredients: Courgette, Aubergine, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Herbes de Provence (Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano), Sea Salt, Black Pepper.
- Sulphur dioxide / sulphites
Reheat sealed in the bag in a water bath at 75°C for 12 minutes, or tip into a pan and warm gently. Finish with a thread of olive oil and torn basil. Do not boil hard — the vegetables should hold their shape.
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
