Every component — meat, fish, vegetables, and sides — is cooked separately to perfection, ensuring ideal texture and flavour balance. Each ingredient is cooked separately then married and vacuum-packed in pairs, ready to be reheated at home using a pot of boiling water, a conventional oven, or a steamer oven, should you have one.

Each meal includes an easy-to-follow menu guide for reheating and plating, so you can enjoy restaurant-quality dining in minutes. Detailed manuals for using your own appliances and achieving the best results will be found on our website in December 2025.
