Germanier's easy, finely-scented white — Chardonnay and Amigne, a third aged in oak, the rest kept fresh. Citrus, white flowers, a saline lift. Quietly accomplished, never showy.

Selective harvest; fermented in steel with 4 months on the lees; one third of the Chardonnay aged 6 months in oak.
