Cornalin AOC

Almost nobody grows Cornalin — it's the Valais's own grape, clinging to steep terraces above Vétroz where the Germaniers have farmed since 1896. Dark cherry and bramble, a crack of black pepper, the cool nerve that only altitude gives. A red with mountain in it.
